Connecticut Valley Vizsla Club (“CVVC”) Web Site Usage Agreement

 Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They govern your use of the CVVC web site ("Site"). If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not access the Site or any of its pages. The terms and conditions are subject to updating at any time without prior notice. Updating may include superseding terms and conditions or specific notices. You should revisit the Site to review these terms and conditions from time to time to be aware of any changes, all of which take effect when posted to the Site.

 Access to and use of this Site is subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
 
 Copyright 
 Unless otherwise expressly indicated, all of the information on this Site, including but not limited to all text, graphics, software applications, video and audio files and photos (collectively, "Content"), and all rights in the pages and the screens displaying the pages are owned by CVVC, its members or their licensors, protected by copyright under United States and foreign laws. You may print and use the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided that your copies retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices that appear on the original screens. You may not modify, reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, create derivative works of or use any aspect of the Site or its Content for commercial or public purposes or for any other purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
 
 Trademarks and Service Marks 
 The trademarks, service marks, logos, URLs and domain names ("Marks") appearing on the Site are the property of CVVC and other third parties. Users may not use, copy, download or display any of the Marks without the prior written consent of CVVC or the third party owners of such Marks.
 
 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
 CVVC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SITE OR ANY OTHER WEB SITE LINKED TO THIS SITE, OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT, OR DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, ANY COMPUTER VIRUS OR ANY LINE FAILURE, EVEN IF THE CVVC IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES.

 ALL INFORMATION ON THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO GRAPHICS, TEXT AND LINKS TO OTHER SITES, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. CVVC DOES NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, CONDITION, ACCURACY, ADEQUACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS INFORMATION.  The information and materials contained in the Site, including the product terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change. CVVC may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including the availability of any features of the site, at any time.

 As a convenience to you, CVVC may provide links to third party web sites, including but not limited to sites owned by other vizsla clubs or organizations or by individual CVVC members, or permit third parties to link to the Site. However, CVVC is not responsible for the content of any other web sites linked to the Site. A link to or from another site does not imply an affiliation between CVVC and the third party site owner or an endorsement of the third party site or any products or services that it describes. Your access to and use of any other Internet sites linked to or from this Site is at your own risk and CVVC assumes no obligation or liability in connection therewith. CVVC may cancel any link at any time and will remove any link from this Site at the third party site owner’s request. CVVC does not permit others to create links to its Site without obtaining CVVC’s prior written consent. 
 
 
 Submissions 
 All information submitted to CVVC via this Site or for posting to the Site shall be deemed and remain the property of CVVC unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to posting and CVVC shall be free to use, for any purpose, any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in information a visitor to this site provides to CVVC through this Site. CVVC shall not be subject to any obligations of confidentiality regarding such information. CVVC does not want you to provide, and prohibits you from providing any information or materials to CVVC that are defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, or that incorporate the proprietary material of another person or entity.  
 
 
 International Users And Choice Of Law  
 This Site is controlled, operated and administered by CVVC from within the state of Connecticut in the United States of America. CVVC makes no representation that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at other Filenames outside of the United States. This Usage Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Connecticut, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this Agreement or any portion thereof to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
